I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were generally fine, but there was a strong cigarette smell in one section that lingered for two days, affecting the overall stay. The service was polite and receptive to complaints, yet some aspects were lacking, such as problems with hot water and a malfunctioning shower. The location had its ups and downs, offering convenience for work but also being challenging for newcomers. The dining experience was superb, with heavenly good taste delights, despite disturbances in the restaurant setting. Overall, it was a stay of contrasts.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with major shopping places and eateries nearby. The rooms were spacious enough for our needs, although there were some cleanliness issues. Service was top-notch, especially with Mr Kaoshik providing excellent attention to detail. The dining experience offered innovative dishes, enhancing the breakfast spread. However, the surrounding high-rise buildings affected the swimming privacy.
